Shipping & Delivery
Fast and secure delivery is our code. All of our shipments will be well packed and protected. Boilers will be crated to provide extra protection. All in stock items will be shipped within one to two business days. All items under 150lb will be shipped via UPS unless mentioned otherwise. All Boilers and items over 150lb will be crated and shipped via freight Trucks.

We are committed to respecting your privacy and recognize your need for appropriate protection and management of the personal information you share with us (the phrase “personal information” means any information that can be used to identify an individual, such as a name, mailing address, email address or telephone number). We use the personal information you provide for internal purposes, informing you of our new products, services and offers, and providing you with information from and about us. Although unlikely, in certain instances we may disclose your personal information when we have reason to believe that it is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against persons or entities that may be causing injury to you, us or others. We may also disclose your personal information when we believe the law requires.
Returns & Replacements
Our customers’ satisfaction is our main priority, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with the products you purchased, please contact us with your order number and the item you would like to return to receive an RMA and return instructions. In your email you must mention the reason for your return: Defective item, Unopened Item, General Return. Please see below for more details.
Please note, Boilers and all items over 100lb can not be returned. In case of a problem we will work with you to completely  solve it.

Defective items
All of our items are in a brand new condition. If, for any reason one of the items you received is defective, please follow the process above to receive an RMA for a replacement.
If you would like to return the product only for a refund, your return will be considered as a general return (see below) and restocking fee will apply.
Unopened items
If you would like to return a product in its brand new condition, unopened and original packaging, please follow the instruction above to obtain an RMA. 10% restocking fee will apply.
General Returns
If for some reason, the product you purchased is not to your satisfaction and you would like to return it for a refund. Please follow the instructions above to obtain an RMA. 20% restocking fee will apply.

Ordering
Ordering with Boilers Home is fast easy and secure. You may place your order online or over the phone. When using our fast checkout system you will have the option to create an account or checkout as a guest. Guest information will not be saved on our website and all information such as tracking information and invoices will be emailed to you.
